Fleet, Farm & Heavy-Duty Cooling
When a work truck is down, it is costing you money by the hour. We keep common cores on the shelf and turn heavy units around fast — vans, box trucks, tractors, skid steers, gensets and compressors.
Downtime is the real bill
Anybody who runs equipment knows the part price is the small number. The big number is the day that truck spends in a bay instead of on a route, or the planting window you miss while a tractor sits. We have been the east side’s radiator shop long enough to understand that, so heavy-duty work here is built around getting you running again, not around padding a ticket.
What we cool
- Delivery & service fleets — cargo vans, box trucks, flatbeds and the dualies that haul them
- Farm equipment — tractors, combines and implements from Kubota, John Deere, Case IH and the rest
- Construction & compact — skid steers, backhoes, excavators and mini-loaders
- Industrial & stationary — diesel gensets, air compressors, pumps and heat exchangers
- Class 6–8 trucks — Freightliner, International and other medium/heavy chassis
How the heavy stuff works
- Re-core first, when it makes sense. Many heavy radiators are built to be re-cored for decades — often faster and cheaper than sourcing a whole new unit for an older machine.
- We stock the common ones. If you run a known fleet of vans or a brand of tractor, tell us — we will keep your usual cores on the shelf so you are not waiting on a supplier.
- Pickup & drop-off on the loose units. Pull the radiator yourself and bring just the core, or arrange to get the whole machine to us. Either way we quote before we cut.
- Pressure-tested and tagged. Every heavy unit leaves cap-tested and marked, so your mechanic knows it was verified, not just swapped.
No guarantees on a miracle
One bit of straight talk: a radiator is only as good as the system around it. If your machine has been chronically overheating, we will check the pump, fan drive and — on diesels — the charge-air side too, because a perfect new core will not save you from a slipping fan clutch or a plugged oil cooler. We will tell you what we find and let you decide how far to go.
